A router is a type of device which acts as the central point among computers and other devices that are a part of the network. It is equipped with holes called ports. Computers and other devices are connected to a router using network cables. Now-a-days router comes in wireless modes using which computers can be connected without any physical cable. Network card is a necessary component of a computer without which a computer cannot be connected over a network.
Most branded computers have network card pre-installed. Network cards are of two types: Internal and External Network Cards. If your keyboard has a USB port , you can connect your mouse to the keyboard instead of connecting it directly to your computer. If you have external speakers or headphones , you can connect them to your computer's audio port either on the front or back of the computer case.

Plug the first power supply cable into the back of the computer case and then into a surge protector. Then, using the other cable, connect the monitor to the surge protector. You can also use an uninterruptable power supply UPS , which acts as a surge protector and provides temporary power if there is a power outage.
Finally, plug the surge protector into a wall outlet. Controllers are based on-premises and are installed in a centralized location. For small campuses or branch offices, converged deployments offer consistency in wireless and wired connections. This deployment converges wired and wireless on one network device—an access switch—and performs the dual role of both switch and wireless controller. This system uses the cloud to manage network devices deployed on-premises at different locations.
